Casio has unveiled a latest round-form series called "BGA-290DS" as part of their shock-resistant "BABY-G" watches designed for women. The collection comprises three models: "BGA-290DS-2ADF" in a charming pastel blue, "BGA-290DS-4ADF" in a delightful pastel pink, and "BGA-290DS-7ADF" in an elegant white.
The concept behind this latest product revolves around the enchanting imagery of "the moon and stars illuminating the night sky." The foundational model is the BGA-290DS, featuring a broad face for optimal visibility and a sleek design for effortless wear.
The face is adorned with a gradation-painted depiction of the evolving sky, where the moon embodies growth and the stars signify happiness. To enhance its appeal, the bezel ring undergoes vapor deposition, lending it a luxurious metallic touch and a captivating texture.
The dimensions of the case are 45.2 mm in length, 41.5 mm in width, and 10.1 mm in height. It has an approximate weight of 33 g, is waterproof up to 10 atm, and boasts a battery life of around 3 years.
The watch features world time functionality covering 48 cities worldwide (including 31 time zones and daylight saving time compatibility), a stopwatch, timer, alarm, fully automatic calendar, and the ability to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour displays. Additionally, it is equipped with double LED lights featuring an afterglow function, among other features.
