Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering this Contest. By entering, the participants (each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”) are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

This “SPIN & WIN CAMPAIGN” (“Contest”) is organized by Public Watch Sdn Bhd; Co No. 818102-P (“The Organiser”).

 

By participating in this Contest, Participant agrees to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions, the decisions of the Organiser, and all terms and conditions imposed.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest period is from 15 July until 31 July 2022 (“Contest Period”). The organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All submissions received outside the Contest Period will be null and void without further notice.

CONTEST METHOD

Each Participant is allowed for only one (1) spin and he/she must enter with a valid email address to take part in the Contest.

To redeem the voucher code, Participant must make an online purchase at www.PublicWatch.com with the required minimum amount and enter the voucher code at “Discount Code” field at the checkout page.

    All winning voucher code is limited to one time per used. 

    Only one voucher code application at any one time of online order transaction, no stacked voucher codes are applicable with other ongoing voucher promotions.

    Online voucher codes valid for redemption on or before 31 July 2022.

    The decision of The Organiser is final upon any contest Voucher coupon usage discrepancy arose.

    TEMPOH PERADUAN

    Tempoh Peraduan adalah dari 15 Julai until 31 Julai 2022 (“Tempoh Peraduan”). Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengubah, menangguhkan, menjadualkan semula dan / atau memperpanjang Tempoh Peraduan pada bila-bila masa tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu. Semua penyerahan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan terbatal tanpa pemberitahuan selanjutnya.


    CARA PERADUAN

    Setiap Peserta hanya dibenarkan satu (1) putaran dan dia mesti memasukkan dengan alamat e-mel yang sah untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Peraduan ini.

    Untuk menebus kod baucar, Peserta mesti membuat pembelian dalam talian di www.PublicWatch.com dengan jumlah minimum yang diperlukan dan memasukkan kod baucar di medan "Kod Diskaun" di halaman pembayaran.

    • Baucar RM5 – boleh ditebus tanpa perbelanjaan minimum
    • Baucar RM10 dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM120, tidak dapat digunakan pada Garmin, Coros & Suunto
    • Baucar RM50 dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM600, tidak dapat digunakan pada Garmin, Coros & Suunto
    • Baucar 10% dengan boleh ditebus dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM1000, tidak dapat digunakan pada Garmin, Coros & Suunto
    • Baucar Garmin Sports Wrist Band percuma - boleh ditebus tanpa perbelanjaan minimum, berdasarkan asas layan dahulu sehingga stok habis. (Untuk menebus, tambahkan Garmin Sports Wrist Band ke troli kemudian masukkan kod diskaun)
    • Baucar Penghantaran Percuma - boleh ditebus tanpa perbelanjaan minimum



    Semua kod baucar yang menang terhad kepada satu kali setiap penggunaan.

    Hanya satu aplikasi kod baucar pada satu-satu masa transaksi pesanan dalam talian, tidak ada kod baucar bertumpu yang berlaku dengan promosi baucar yang sedang berlangsung.

    Kod baucar dalam talian yang sah untuk penebusan pada atau sebelum 31 Julai 2022.

    Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad apabila terdapat perbezaan penggunaan kupon peraduan.
