Place my order on 10 April 2022, but haven't received it after two weeks. Started to suspect that my watch was lost and try to seek help from customer service through whatsapp and phone calls. Unfortunately, customer service didn't even answer me most of the time, or just simply said will get back to me again, but actually they never.
After one month of waiting, more than 15 times calling their contact number, more than 10 times contact through whatsapp, finally a staff from other department named Miss Lee pick up my call on 7 May. She was very shocked that nobody follow up my case, and told me that their actually should replace me with the new watch or refund to me.
Luckily with her help, finally received the replacement watch after 37 days (17 May.) It was a nightmare and bad experience, spending around RM300 to buy a watch but received such a bad service.
Sincerely hope can improve your service since customer put such a high expectations on your watch.
